We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory, Logistics & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations across order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service. Acting as a central hub between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer-facing teams, the position supports the end-to-end order-to-delivery process. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, handling inquiries, preparing documentation, and maintaining exceptional service levels. Primary Duties
Inventory & Vendor Management Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and production planning. Identify potential supply risks and develop mitigation strategies. Minimize costs while managing inventory levels aligned with customer needs. Negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance; implement improvements when needed. Logistics & Operations
Oversee product logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with transportation providers and manage shipping schedules. Track orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment. Communicate shipping updates and ETAs to customers and internal stakeholders. Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or shipping discrepancies. Align inventory management with forecasts and production requirements. Customer Support
Prepare quotes, proposals, and product information for the sales team. Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date customer agreements. Respond to inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate documentation and product specifications. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner when supporting customer service. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with production, purchasing, and customer service to streamline operations. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements across logistics and sales support functions. Assist the sales team to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals through operational excellence. Experience
2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, customer support or sales operations (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
OR Minimum of Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier and internal communication. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Customer-first attitude and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability. Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions proactively. Preferred Experience
Experience with freight coordination and transportation management systems (TMS). Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management best practices.
