We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, including fleet management, order fulfillment, and materials handling to meet customer and production needs. This role will involve working closely with customers, transportation providers, and internal teams to optimize inventory and shipping processes in the dynamic world of composite materials. Duties Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products. Manage fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance and optimizing routes. Handle materials handling processes, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods. Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatching of shipments. Maintain and update shipping and receiving records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor supply chain management processes to identify areas for improvement. Engage in sourcing and procurement activities to maintain inventory levels. Facilitate order fulfillment processes, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries. Negotiate contracts with freight carriers and logistics providers to secure competitive pricing and services. Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, including shipping performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover rates. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and provide reports as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in logistics operations. Qualifications 2 years

or more of experience in logistics, preferably in the composite materials or manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is not required but strongly preferred. Experience in fleet management and materials handling techniques. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Proficiency in picking, packing, and dispatching operations. Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and tools. Proficiency in logistics software and systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with international shipping and trade compliance is a plus Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00
