Job Summary

The OTC Senior Business Systems Analyst will support and enhance the S/4HANA Finance system and its integration with other SAP modules (PRM, GM, Finance) and auxiliary systems such as Icertis CLM within Client system landscape. This role involves providing post-implementation support, leading project delivery efforts, and participating in all phases of the implementation lifecycle for new projects, system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.

This is a highly visible, hands-on functional role requiring strong expertise in enterprise-level application configuration, system administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities P rovide post-Go-Live support across SD, BRIM, SOM, CC, CI, and EMS modules. Participate in defect triage, resolution, and end-to-end issue management. Analyze production issues, replicate errors, propose resolutions, and manage solution deployment. Update functional design specifications and system configurations; collaborate with developers to implement required changes. Develop and execute test plans, perform unit, integration, and regression testing, and conduct quality assurance reviews. Conduct design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation. Design and implement SAP solutions, interfaces, reporting, and data analysis tools in line with strategic business outcomes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and project management to ensure successful integration and delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track and communicate metrics to senior leadership. Facilitate end-user training and support documentation. Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives and system enhancement planning.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience configuring and implementing solutions in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash modules, including SD, BRIM, CI, CC, and EMS. Experience in BRIM legacy conversion to SOM and integration of SOM with CC and CI. Strong experience with OTC integration with systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). Proficient in gathering business requirements and developing quality design and testing documentation. Ability to effectively serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Solid analytical skills and functional knowledge of end-to-end business processes. Experience with data integration tools and ETL technologies such as SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW. Ability to create queries and generate analytical reports. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications Expertise in at least two of the following: SOM, CC, CI (with a preference for CC). Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
