! Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and driven

Sous Chef

to join our culinary leadership team at a high-end, fine dining establishment. In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu development, inventory, and staff supervision. You'll play a key role in delivering elevated culinary experiences through scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and elegant presentation. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial chef who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage food cost controls and drive kitchen efficiency

Assist in menu planning, development, and execution of daily specials and seasonal offerings

Lead the preparation, cooking, and plating of high-quality dishes using scratch techniques

Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Support catering and private dining events with creative and timely execution

Help roll out new culinary programs and initiatives aligned with brand standards

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience

3+ years of progressive kitchen management experience in fine dining or upscale catering

Strong understanding of food and hospitality trends, seasonal ingredients, and presentation

Proven ability to work in high-volume, high-quality kitchens

Experience with menu costing, inventory systems, and kitchen administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

ServSafe Certification strongly preferred
