This hybrid Project Manager role supports both the Solutions Consulting Center of Excellence (SCCOE), and the Solutions Enablement and Training (SET) team, playing a pivotal role in advancing learning, enablement, and operational excellence across our global sales and solution consulting organizations. You will serve as a key execution partner to senior leaders, translating strategic direction into actionable plans, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 6-8+ years of experience in project management, enablement, or business operations, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or consulting environment Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution Experience supporting learning and development initiatives, including blended learning and e-learning programs Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of creating polished, executive-level presentations Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone) Ability to manage internal communications, newsletters, and content updates across multiple channels Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is a plus What We'd Love to See: Ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders into clear, actionable deliverables Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand how enablement and consulting initiatives impact sales and customer outcomes Experience mentoring or coaching team members on project execution and communication best practices Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Experience working in a matrixed, global organization across time zones Impact You'll Make: Support SCCOE initiatives such as role transformation, training programs, reporting, and internal communications Lead and coordinate initiatives across the SCCOE and TU Commercial University (Colleges of Products, Operations, Industry, and Sales Effectiveness) Support the development, launch, and follow-up of SC COE initiatives and blended learning programs, including reporting and opportunity tracking Manage content development and updates for SC COE and TU Commercial University (TUCU) landing pages, newsletters, and SharePoint sites Collaborate with matrix partners to support course development, feedback loops, and enablement strategies Develop and deliver executive-level documentation for strategic planning, QBRs, and funding proposals Act as a liaison for Salesforce-related enhancements and support requests Facilitate routine meetings with SC COE and TUCU meetings and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on project management, storytelling, and documentation standards Track initiative progress, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform continuous improvement If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
