A strong drive for structure, process improvement, and operational clarity
Impact You'll Make:

Collaborate with partners to support course development, feedback, and enablement strategies
Develop and deliver executive-level documentation such as strategic plans, QBRs, and funding proposals
Act as a liaison for Salesforce-related enhancements and support requests
Facilitate routine meetings and maintain SharePoint sites for the team
Mentor team members on project management, storytelling, and documentation standards
Track progress, adoption metrics, and feedback for continuous improvement
