Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Manager

Envision Radiology is looking for a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $87,150 - $108,950 The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the recruitment team functions. This position is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within this team. Essential Functions 1. Provides daily leadership and operational support to recruitment team with focus on company culture and purpose. 2. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. 3. Leads the development, implementation, and administration of recruitment programs, policies, and procedures. 4. Analyzes current and future organizational workforce needs and implements plans to ensure quality staffing continuity. 5. Understands external labor market conditions and establishes networks to build relationships with candidates, agencies, schools, and associations to attract diverse quality talent. 6. Maintains knowledge on what drives employee satisfaction and collaborates with HR Director to determine if changes to benefits or other adjustments are needed in order to retain and recruit talent. 7. Develops the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting channels and methods. 8. Collaborates with senior leaders to ensure we have effective recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. 9. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. 10. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws. 11. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility This position provides daily leadership and operational support to team members on the recruitment team within the human resources department. This position is also responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the team. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear. Travel Periodic travel (up to 25%) is expected for this position. Job Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Five plus years' of Human Resources Experience

previous Management experience preferred Working knowledge of Ultimate/UltiPro
