Title: Manager of IT Infrastructure

Summary:

The Manager of IT Infrastructure will work efficiently within a team as well as being a self-directed worker that is comfortable working independently with little supervision. Will be able to communicate and translate technical topics into easy-to-understand concepts. Will have a core understanding of resource management and allocation.

Duties:

- Self-starter able to drive towards goal and manage time effectively

- Knowledge on how other organizations can use current and emerging technologies to drive digital business

- Strong understanding of cloud computing capabilities and limitations, business drivers, virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud delivery models

- Customer escalation and conflict resolution skills required

- Ability to effectively document and develop standard operating procedures

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of Active Directory

- Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure, Exchange, MS Team

- Strong team building and leadership skills

- Energetic, enthusiastic, charismatic

- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Remote Support, Maintenance & Administration (multiple offices)

- Periodic on call as needed

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Technical Services, Help Desk/Support Service environment

- Experience working with diverse corporate functions and balancing IT and OT requirements

- Server Administrator - Configure and maintain Active Directory and Domain Servers (2016 and newer)

- Server Administration - Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.

- Security Engineer/Administrator - Develop and maintain security solutions for PSE networks, including Sentinel One, encryption, device control, etc

- Network Administration - Develop and Maintain Network devices such as Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi networks, cabling for All PSE locations

- Firewall and Security Administrator - Maintain Firewalls, security and backups. Develop and maintain VPN solution for all PSE Employees

- Database Admin - Support and maintain System Databases including SharePoint and Data Server.

- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 environment maintenance & support.

- Develop and Support IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

- Teams Video Conferencing support

- Assist on Special Projects, Office builds, as needed.

- Assist Sr. Director of I.T. Infrastructure with deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of all PSE electronic equipment

- Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on department needs.

- Support end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.

- Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.

- Asset inventory management

- Support vendor licensing and service agreements.

- Benchmark, analyze and report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.

- Internal LAN and interoffice WAN support (for PPH and PSE locations)

- Acronis True Image Server backup systems

- Veeam Backup and Object First

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
