We're opening a brand-new plant in Franklin, Indiana, and we're seeking a hands-on Health and Safety Manager to lead our efforts on-site from day one. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the practices of our new facility from the ground up. You'll play a critical role in the successful startup, staffing, and operationalization of the plant, building a strong and sustainable culture. As our Health and Safety Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and implementing effective safety programs. Your key responsibilities will include: Safety Leadership & Culture: Champion a safety-first culture by actively engaging with employees, supervisors, and plant leadership to embed safe work practices into daily operations. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and other relevant health and safety standards. Incident Prevention & Response: Lead accident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to address safety concerns and develop practical, effective solutions.
