Human Resources Business Partner
(HRBP) to lead our HR efforts on-site from day one. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the practices of our new facility from the ground up. You'll play a critical role in the successful startup, staffing, and operationalization of the plant, building a strong and sustainable culture. As the primary HR leader at our Franklin plant, you'll partner closely with local leadership, operations, and corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver comprehensive HR support. Your responsibilities will include: Be the Go-To HR Expert: Serve as the first point of contact for all plant-level HR matters, providing day-to-day support to employees and supervisors. Champion Employee Relations: Manage investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policy. Lead Plant Startup: Provide hands-on HR leadership during the critical startup phase, including hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, and cultural alignment. Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Lead local onboarding and 90-day integration plans for new hires to foster successful transitions and boost retention. Support Full-Cycle Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including interview coordination, post-offer screenings, and timely onboarding documentation. Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster an environment of open communication, respect, and trust, promoting employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels. Strategic Advisor: Advise plant leadership on critical HR-related matters, including performance management, compliance, morale, retention, and succession planning. Key Skills: Employee relations and recruiting experience are required. Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite). Strong management skills, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple projects. Excellent organization, administrative, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in various settings. Very approachable, capable of developing strong professional relationships, and able to foster involvement at all levels. Availability: Ability to work 8 hours a day plus overtime as required, and interface with employees across all shifts.
