We're seeking an experienced and proactive Project Analyst to join our North Carolina division. With 5+ years in project support or coordinationideally within the AEC or construction industryyou'll play a key role in driving project success across our Charlotte, Raleigh, and Wilmington offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, can anticipate project needs, and is confident engaging with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Your contributions will directly support efficient project delivery, quality documentation, and strong team collaboration. This position will work on a hybrid work schedule out of one of our North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington). The Impact You Will Have: Serve as a core team member supporting project managers and technical staff across multiple projects Lead preparation and quality control of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and proposals Maintain organized project records (digital and physical) Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, proactively flagging risks or delays Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure actionable follow-ups Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and compile financial reports for leadership review Communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to keep projects aligned and on schedule What You Will Need: 5+ years of experience in a project analyst, project coordinator, or similar role (AEC or construction industry preferred) Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with project management/accounting platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills A high degree of initiative, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently Detail-focused with strong time management and organizational abilities Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing project work Benesch is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and prohibits employment discrimination for employees and applicants in all protected groups, including veterans and individuals with disabilities, or other status protected by federal, state, and local laws.
