The Process Engineer will be responsible for: Leading the development of new products and enhancement of existing rubber injection molds Troubleshooting any problems on the manufacturing floor and ensuring processes are optimized Enhancing material and process efficiency to ensure compliance with customer specifications and optimal suitability for the production processes. Generating comprehensive documentation for processes and materials, encompassing part masters, routers, bills of material, external process instructions, and raw material specifications to meet internal and external standards. Implementing a dependable and ergonomically sound production process, facilitating the smooth transition and training from development to production stages. The successful Process Engineer will have the following experience: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial material manufacturing environment is preferred. Some exposure to rubber is required. Familiarity with ERP systems Demonstrated proficiency in customer-centric problem-solving, employing strategic troubleshooting to optimize intricate manufacturing processes. Extensive expertise in product realization processes, showcasing a depth of knowledge in injection, compression, and transfer molding techniques. Familiarity with quality control principles and experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. What's on Offer
