Business Services Representative - Technical Assistance

Overall responsibility for building business relationships with current, former, and new employers and ensuring they are supported in navigating the CWDS system Responsibilities

Interact with employers to support them in registering as new employers through PA Careerlink Support employers in creating and updating a PA Careerlink Profile Help employers build a new employer business folder Contact and verify new PA Careerlink employers Work with employers to ensure job postings are uploaded and complete Assist customers with understanding the New Hire Reporting System Support employers in applying for a Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Approve new and existing employer profiles and job postings Review active employers and re-engage when job postings are not present Create, generate, and submit job postings Continually review business profiles Record all employer contacts and services in CWDS and promote the PA Careerlink system Provide technical support for employers to complete and update their profiles and job postings Contact employers by phone or in person and attempt to schedule face-to-face meetings Perform initial and follow-up client visits as necessary Communicate with each CareerLink site when placements are validated, and data entered into CWDS Responsible for data tracking of every service provided and utilization of the state system of record, CWDS, as well as the team-wide reporting platform. Data capture is a daily responsibility. Attend Chamber events and other economic gatherings as necessary to promote PA Careerlink Business Services Follow up with the entire Business Service Team to ensure that client expectations are met Meet performance criteria on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis Assist employers with searching for candidates to meet hiring criteria Record staff notes in the CWDS Other opportunities as available Qualifications

Customer service experience required Technical support experience preferred Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and data management Must be computer literate with an emphasis on the PA Careerlink system through CWDS A valid driver's license and clean driving record required Bring your expertise to EDSI and live our values every day: Show Up, Smile and Support!
