Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and overtime Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Prepare and submit payroll reports to management Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings Collaborate with HR to maintain employee records and updates Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll processing and administration Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
