Marketing Planning And Execution Specialist

Own all aspects of marketing planning/execution to engage New Balance consumers in collaboration with must win Lifestyle Account retail partners across our Street, Fashion and Energy categories within the NA Wholesale space. Drive meaningful consumer connections through exceptional marketing plans across the retailer's ecosystem both online and in-store. Development of annual/seasonal Lifestyle Account Marketing plans including social media, retailer database, site and in-store tactics to highlight the NB brand and support key product launches that drive consumer consideration and conversion. Lead elevated marketing activations that are meaningful to the Lifestyle consumer such as Events, Community Activations, and energy driving product launches. Support Director NA Commercial Marketing to drive development and execution of marketing plans and aligning to Global and Regional direction. Support key milestones and relationships for specific account partners including sell-in through sell-through, building/executing retailer specific marketing programs, collaboration + communication with retail partners, measuring plan performance and budget management. Manage internal resources and 3rd party agencies to accomplish business objectives and execute at the highest level. Collaborate with Global Marketing, Athlete Activation, and Entertainment teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and premium execution across category, product, and athlete marketing efforts. Oversee project management of seasonal regional content creation and production of all content supporting the channel and key account partners. Ensure brand, category, and athlete guidelines/best practices are adhered to across all consumer-facing content and creative executions. Brand consideration growth in each respective accounts culture and ecosystem, including achievement of commercial goals for category footwear and apparel. Strong partnership with all North America marketing functions (Consumer, DTC, Integrated, Visual Merchandising) and Global Marketing teams. Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams, foster strong collaboration, and act as a regional expert across all footwear and apparel categories. Knowledgeable on how to take brand concepts/narratives and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns and activations that resonate with consumers. Ability to think strategically while comfortable with project management details. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple departments. Experience must include prior project leadership role demonstrating initiative and organizational skills in managing multiple assignments with varying degrees of complexity. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience developing creative briefs and spearheading marketing content needs. Strong key account marketing focus. Retail experience a definite asset. Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to express a perspective with conviction. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5-8 years in marketing capacity. Computer skills required including Microsoft Office and proficiency in internal platforms. Travel required.
