Collectibles, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in one of our most passionate and dynamic categories. You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and work cross-functionally with senior leaders to shape strategy, optimize seller performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the collectibles spacefrom sports cards and comics to vinyl toys and memorabilia. You'll Make an Impact By: Driving Category Growth : Lead strategic planning, assortment expansion, and inventory optimization for your category, including identifying white space seller go-get opportunities. Guide your team in delivering growth through data-driven insights and seller enablement. Owning Business Performance : Manage GMV forecasting, P&L tracking, and performance reviews. Analyze trends and implement action plans that maximize profitability and customer engagement. Developing Marketing & Merchandising Plans : Curate seller-driven campaigns including exclusive drops, promotions, and event-based activations that resonate with collectors. Shaping the Customer Experience : Optimize product detail pages, pricing, logistics, and search visibility to enhance discoverability and authenticity. Advising with Authority : Serve as a trusted advisor to sellers, offering strategic guidance and connecting them with internal teams to resolve friction points and unlock growth. Championing Seller Tools : Educate sellers on Marketplace services and tools that help scale their business and stay ahead of trends. Working Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Category, Site Operations, and Compliance to deliver best-in-class experiences and solve process gaps for your category. Building and Leading a Team : Manage and mentor Strategic Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategic account management, merchandising, or category leadership. 3+ years of experience working with sellers, vendors, or supplier relationships. Strong data literacy and proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in high-growth environments. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or Digital Commerce. Deep knowledge of the collectibles space (e.g., sports cards, TCGs, comics, vinyl toys). Experience launching exclusive or limited-release product campaigns. Familiarity with CRM, pricing tools, and product optimization platforms. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for empowering small businesses. Why Join Us?
