Join our team in support of commercial, military and industrial gas turbine engines. Develop engine components ranging from the combustor to turbine rotors and airfoils, to major structural cases which operate at substantially elevated temperatures. Learn heat transfer, fluids, and lifing technical assessments and analyses. Work with turbine airfoils, combustors, and heat exchangers. Be an integral member of the Durability team, working on engine safety, reliability, capability, robustness, and affordability. Collaborate with small teams and receive mentoring and coaching from experts and senior engineers. Assist engineers in performing heat transfer, fluid flow, CFD and optimization analyses. Conduct cold flow and water flow tests, document hardware distress, and calibrate analytical models based on test results. What You Will Learn

Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA. Qualifications We Prefer
Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is preferred. Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas. Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience. What We Offer
Relocation will be offered for those who qualify. On the job training provided. This position is classified as
onsite . Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
