Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Glenview, IL. The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Responsibilities: Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners Create and maintain homeowners' job files Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations Culture: We believe that when we exceed homeowners' expectations and deliver delight, we've made a positive impact on both their homes and their lives.
