Sales Agents have high guest contact requiring quality customer service skills, and must have the ability to work well with the public constantly, sometimes under stressful conditions. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities Interact with Guests in person and over the phone to assist in the sales and booking process. Have the knowledge to book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik. Assist the Sales and Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments. Overall customer service for SRS guests. Secondary Function Assist the Guest Service team in Gateway. Assist with on-snow needs to dispatch private lessons if needed. Demonstrate a "systems thinking" mindset and promote company-wide systems awareness to staff. Shovel snow Interpersonal Contacts Applicant must be able to work in a group environment both within the department and also the mountain as a whole. A Sales Agent must have strong guest service and communication skills to develop a working partnership with guests. Specific Job Skills Technical: Have an understanding of our ability levels and what they mean. RTP and Flaik experience preferred. Additional: Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after the position is accepted.
