Develop and execute a comprehensive global real estate strategy aligned with business growth and workforce trends. Lead site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions. Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, and external consultants Oversee day-to-day operations of all office facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and a high-quality employee experience. Implement best practices in space planning, sustainability, and workplace services. Lead office build-outs, renovations, and relocations from concept to completion. Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of real estate and facilities professionals across multiple time zones. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and communication protocols to ensure alignment and operational excellence. Partner with IT, HR, Legal, and business unit leaders to support hybrid work models and evolving workplace needs. Develop and manage multi-million-dollar real estate and facilities budgets. Optimize cost-efficiency through strategic sourcing and vendor performance management. Ensure compliance with lease obligations, local regulations, and corporate policies. Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on real estate and facilities matters. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Basic Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven ability to lead complex real estate and facilities portfolios across multiple geographies. Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing, remote teams. Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and project management skills. Deep understanding of workplace trends, sustainability practices, and hybrid work strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree Experience in a global consulting, professional services, or similarly dynamic environment. Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate (SLCR), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or LEED AP are a plus.
