Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Grocery, the position handles maximizing the sales performance, revenue, and financial goals of our clients. Experience selling to Jewel-Osco grocery is needed. Retailer merchant and key decision maker connectivity is highly desired. Interact with team Business Development Managers to execute client strategies in the market. Location: Hybrid to Schaumburg, IL in office 2-3 days a week. Travel Requirements: Travel required up to 20-25%

Lead sales-related activities on behalf of our clients to maximize sales & profitability results. Liaison between our clients & retailers providing "best in class" & prompt communication. Assist with KPI's & strategies, annual planning & promotional goals to grow sales & revenue. Aid client negotiations & provide solutions to overcome challenges; unique ideas & opportunities wanted. Offer strategic guidance around marketing plans for using retailer tools. Prepare quarterly & annual business reviews for both clients & C.A. internal teams. Work effectively/professionally with company's internal departments (Client Development Team, Marketing, Insights, Client Services, Business Support Specialists & Accounts Receivable), assuring elite management of our clients and customers businesses. Attend all required national trade shows, market specific sales meetings, client specific sales meetings, or any other necessary functions (established by your supervisor). Approach ALL aspects of the role with a winning, "can-do," positive, progressive, solution-based mindset. What You'll Need
Analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset eager to develop sales for our clients & CA client portfolio. Passion for industry with proven examples of growing brands at retail. Possesses strong & effective presentation & negotiation skills. Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building & management skills. Effectively interact & communicate with merchants, senior management, clients, & internal teams. Understands & uses data & category insights to create best-in-class sales presentations. Strong knowledge of retailer's systems, policies, procedures, and ways of working. Initiative-taking and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possesses strong management & organizational skills. Minimum of three years' sales experience with Jewel-Osco. High degree of ability in Windows and related software applications to include Excel, Word, Power Point, and database management. In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry in mass channel trade, customers, category, competitive products, and industry trends. You Will Stand Out If You Have
