Responsibilities
•Learn how to perform plumbing and drain cleaning service call intake •Work with the office team to schedule the call and follow the job to a successful completion •Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed •Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction •Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints •Ensure customer account information is up-to-date •Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction •Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
Qualifications
•Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere •High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent •Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
