Healthcare Data Analyst

$100,784.54 (how we pay and promote) Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Design and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and monthly Business Performance presentations. Provide timely data snapshots and summaries to executive leadership, with queries fulfilled within three business days. Healthcare Data Analysis & Support:
Analyze data from MHS GENESIS, DOD M2, and related government systems to support sanctioned projects, decision-making, and resource planning. Ensure outputs meet established quality and accuracy standards. Business Planning & Decision Support:
Conduct Business Case Analyses, Return on Investment studies, and policy or market impact evaluations to inform operational strategy, including support for optimization and new service assessments. Process Improvement & Optimization:
Evaluate current systems and workflows; recommend and implement corrective actions or performance enhancements. Apply or develop predictive models to improve clinical efficiency and productivity. Project Coordination & Task Management:
Manage and prioritize assigned projects to meet deadlines or formally request extensions. Complete audits, QA tasks, and data products as assigned and in accordance with defined timeframes.
