Job Title: Learning Center Director Job Type: PT or FT (30-40hrs per week) Location: On-site; Sunnyvale, CA Start Date: As Soon As Possible About Us: Better Me is part of the TAL Education Group, one of the largest leading EdTech companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We are committed to helping K12 students excel in Math. We're expanding rapidly and looking for driven individuals to join our leadership team. Position Overview: Better Me is hiring an Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field. Responsibilities: Support center setup and opening Assist with daily operations and staff coordination Communicate regularly with parents and students Participate in local marketing and outreach events Help with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling Requirements: Strong math and English skills Excellent communication and people skills Highly responsible and detail-oriented Experience working with children is a plus Are able to work 5 days/week, including weekday afternoons and weekends Compensation: Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience Paid sick leave and health insurance 401(k) Supportive and energetic work environment Ongoing training in education, operations, and leadership Clear career advancement opportunities
