Better Me is hiring a full-time Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field. Responsibilities:

Support center setup and opening Assist with daily operations and staff coordination Communicate regularly with parents and students Participate in local marketing and outreach events Help with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling Requirements:

Strong math and English skills Excellent communication and people skills Highly responsible and detail-oriented Experience working with children is a plus Able to work 5 days/week, including weekends Compensation:
