In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all inquiries, complaints, and requests are addressed promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally. Assist customers with issues related to products, services, and accounts, providing timely solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer service. Document customer interactions and feedback to optimize service quality and support continuous improvement. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and needs met, enhancing overall satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and spreadsheets.
