Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when responding to customer inquiries or complaints. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account-related issues. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for accuracy and follow-up purposes. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and service efficiency. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
