Senior Production Planner

As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, working cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will enable business value and productivity by leading planning strategy and driving execution across your team. You will report directly to our Director of Supply Planning and you'll work out of our Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemount, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our supply chain operations by developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies that ensure seamless alignment with customer demand, contributing significantly to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities

Center of Excellence role supporting ESS planning: Lead improvements and standardization projects for ESS Planning Assist planners globally with skills development and troubleshooting for SAP ECC MRP and SAP APO SNP Drive improvements in planning metrics (CCR, Schedule attainment, etc.) Coordinate master data standardization and update with master data team Support S4 Hana and new advanced planning system migration as SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support Lead data analysis of planning data using Excel and other tools Coordinate planning system issue resolution with the IT support team Coordinate with the analytics team on reporting development Benefits of Working for Honeywell
