Senior Production Plan Coordinator

As a Senior Production Plan Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Chickasaw, AL location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the ESS business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory and replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues. Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing and executing the monthly plan (SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs. Drives efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (SIOP). Strategizes with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment and delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
