SUMMARY:

Seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Coordinator with excellent client services, administrative, and operational skills to work with jewelry, timepieces, coins, and luxury items in our Beverly Hills Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with daily client correspondence and phone calls Prepare consignment and other related documents for clients Coordinate non-local consignments with various offices/cc’s to ensure proper processing Assist Director with client proposals and research Verify Consignor marketing promises and review

material Assist with local highlights previews, appraisal days, and other special events including set up, break down, registration, etc. Coordinate category-specific events Arranging and facilitating transport logistics for consignments Assist with special projects and support Managing Director as needed Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2+ years of operations or admin experience; auction experience preferred Strong knowledge of operations Action-oriented with skills and aptitude to excel in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Excellent client service skills; ability to remain calm in pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours when necessary SKILLS & ABILITIES: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel Ability to type 50-60 words per minute Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail Individuals may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
