We are seeking motivated students to work at the Law Technology Services (LTS) Help Desk answering calls, processing walk-ins, and completing administrative tasks as assigned. Also, willingness to learn to perform troubleshooting of very basic IT issues. Responsibilities

Answer Law Technology Services (LTS) Help Desk phone line Manage help tickets, basic computer end-user support Provide excellent customer service to event organizers and presenters Help organize and maintain LTS spaces Equipment pickup and drop-off, some heavy lifting required Provide occasional basic audio-visual support Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin as a graduate or undergraduate student Meet minimum eligibility requirements for student employment Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work for the entire fall 2025 semester; may be eligible for rehire in spring 2026 depending on performance Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in a customer service or client support setting Experience with Microsoft Office products Salary Range

$17 per hour (undergraduate classification) $19 per hour (Master's classification) $21 per hour (Professional or PhD classification) Working Conditions

Typical office environment Repetitive use of a keyboard All work will be performed on site at the Law School Occasional heavy lifting required Work Schedule

Must be available to work at least 12 hours per week Position begins on August 21, 2025 and ends on December 8, 2025 Work may be scheduled flexibly during core business hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eligible for rehire for the spring 2026 semester based on performance Required Materials
