A leading organization in the insurance industry is seeking a dependable operations professional to support daily mail and fulfillment activities at its Boston headquarters. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to the 401K investment space and develop professionally within a structured, process-driven environment. What is in it for you: Fixed salary: Hourly rate of $23.61. 6-month contract (leave coverage). Potential for extension or permanent conversion. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Work arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week. Work hours: 8:00 AM

3:30 PM EST). Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals. Responsibilities: Handle all incoming and outgoing advisor mail for the U.S. Division Mail Services operation. Sort, prep, scan, and index all incoming documents; ensure accurate and timely distribution. Prepare, sort, and ship outgoing mail and packages through the Fulfilment Center. Maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). Ensure daily service levels are met in line with internal business unit requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues, including bulk mail and workflow tracking. Train new staff and participate in cross-training across Imaging, Fulfilment, and Statement teams. Follow in-office protocols, including no mobile phone use while on the floor. Stand for up to 3.5 hours per shift and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. What you will need to succeed: College education preferred. 1+ year of experience using imaging and indexing systems. Prior work experience in an office environment involving typing and data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Precise verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive documents. Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to manage change. Ability to meet physical requirements: standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs. Preferred: Experience using mailing equipment such as folder inserters and postage meters. Preferred: Familiarity with scanning, indexing, and mail sorting processes.
