Are you passionate about supporting student communication and success in a school setting? Phaxis Education is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a dedicated school district in Centralia, Washington. This position serves grades K12 and is open to both licensed clinicians with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF). Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to K12 students Complete comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress tracking, and service documentation Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team planning Stay current on IDEA regulations and school-based therapy best practices Job Details: Start Date: Flexible based on candidate availability Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time considered) Caseload: K12th grade, assigned based on experience Work Setting: Onsite strongly preferred; hybrid option (3 days onsite / 2 remote) may be available Location: Centralia, WA, must be able to commute Requirements: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid Washington State license (or ability to obtain) Active or in-process Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Phaxis Education?
