Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders Washington State SLP License (or ability to obtain before start) ASHA CCC preferred, but CFY candidates welcome and encouraged to apply Active or in-process Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) Phaxis Education SLP Benefits

Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Develop and implement compliant IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Provide direct speech-language therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student support teams Follow IDEA and district guidelines for service delivery Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Phaxis Education is actively hiring a full-time Speech Therapist to join a supportive school district in the Milton, WA area.
