Our programs, conducted in schools, recreation centers, and camps, are designed based on proven research, ensuring that children have fun while learning through creating, designing, interacting, and inventing using engaging kits like LEGO and K'NEX. Position: As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you'll inspire and educate students on STEAM concepts while promoting a sense of fun and excitement. Collaborate with Snapology leadership, represent the organization professionally to parents and children, and witness the impact of your work firsthand. Role & Responsibilities

Lead groups of up to 20 students through curriculum-guided activities Instruct and monitor students, ensuring the effective use of learning materials and equipment Maintain discipline and enforce rules and procedures in alignment with Snapology standards Individualize teaching strategies to encourage student progress Prepare thoroughly for each program and handle parent inquiries with professionalism Encourage enrollment in future Snapology programs Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required Qualifications

Current Criminal and Child Clearances 2+ years of experience working with children in educational settings Education degree or teaching experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Punctuality and reliability Programs and Timing

Before-school morning classes (September

May) 1-2 hours in length and occur between 8:00am10am Monday-Friday After-school and/or evening classes (September

May) 1-2 hours in length and occur between 2:30pm5:30pm Monday-Friday Evening demos or field trips 1-2 hours in length and occur between 5:00pm9:00pm Monday-Friday Offsite events 1-4 hours in length and occur between 9:00am-8:00pm Weekend workshops 2-4 hours in length and occur on Friday, Saturday or Sunday Summer camps (June

August) 1.5-7 hours in length (typically 3

This part-time position is based in Seattle's eastside, covering areas such as Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and others. Own transportation is required for carrying and storing supplies.
