Venue Concierge
The AC Hotel in downtown Greenville, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Venue Concierge to join our team at Seratonic Venue & Lounge. As a Venue Concierge, you play a key front-line role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include ticket scanning, line management, food and beverage expediting, and general guest assistance throughout the venue. Essential Job Functions: Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude Scan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devices Assist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flow Monitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as needed Deliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guests Provide accurate venue information and directions to guests Respond to guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor Maintain cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas during events Follow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance policies Qualifications: Previous customer service or event experience preferred High level of energy and comfort working in a loud, fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shifts Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Comfortable using handheld scanners or mobile POS systems (training provided) Ideal Traits: Outgoing and approachable Quick on your feet and adaptable to changing event needs A team player who takes initiative Professional and calm under pressure Auro Hotels is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
