The AC Hotel in downtown Greenville, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Venue Concierge to join our team at Seratonic Venue & Lounge. As a Venue Concierge, you play a key front-line role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include ticket scanning, line management, food and beverage expediting, and general guest assistance throughout the venue. Essential Job Functions:Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitudeScan digital and physical tickets accurately using handheld devicesAssist with guest entry, re-entry, and exit to maintain smooth traffic flowMonitor lines and provide crowd control assistance as neededDeliver food and beverage orders from service areas to designated VIP guestsProvide accurate venue information and directions to guestsRespond to guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisorMaintain cleanliness and order in guest-facing areas during eventsFollow all safety, security, and alcohol compliance policiesQualifications:Previous customer service or event experience preferredHigh level of energy and comfort working in a loud, fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shiftsAble to lift and carry up to 25 lbsComfortable using handheld scanners or mobile POS systems (training provided)Ideal Traits:Outgoing and approachableQuick on your feet and adaptable to changing event needsA team player who takes initiativeProfessional and calm under pressureAuro Hotels is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
