As a Back of House (BOH) Team Leader, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and lead a team of hardworking BOH team members. You'll set the pace for service, inspire a culture of care and efficiency, and ensure our kitchen runs smoothly and safelywhile upholding Chick-fil-A's high standards of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys developing others, and takes pride in running an efficient, clean, and high-performing kitchen. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development Model excellence in food safety, speed, and accuracy. Train, coach, and motivate BOH team members to perform at their best. Provide real-time feedback and support during shifts. Foster a growth-minded culture of teamwork, accountability, and care. Operational Excellence Oversee BOH operations to ensure quality, food safety, and speed. Open and/or close the kitchen following Chick-fil-A standards and procedures. Ensure cleanliness and organization of prep, cook, and dish areas. Collaborate with FOH Team Leaders to ensure seamless service. Support inventory, waste reduction, and labor efficiency efforts. Labor Compliance & Break Management Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including meal and rest breaks. Proactively manage shift coverage and task delegation. Guest Experience Support While primarily focused on the kitchen, support FOH as needed to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Encourage excellence in product presentation, speed of service, and communication with FOH. Qualifications

Previous leadership experience (preferred, but not requiredwe train for potential!) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset High emotional intelligence and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be at least 18 years old English proficiency required for safety, training, and team communication Required Availability

Must be able to work at least one of the following shift types per day: Opening:

6am12pm Lunch:

10am4pm Midday:

2pm8pm Closing:
