St. Luke's Health System in Ketchum, ID is seeking a Coordinator Database to join our Foundation team. Oversees and safeguards the integrity of the St. Luke's Health Foundation's donor and prospect database, along with all associated data to advance philanthropic objectives. Responsibilities include: Ensuring contributions are processed promptly and accurately, including timely acknowledgement and receipting of donors. Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate, current, and relevant data. This includes performing regular data maintenance projects. Creating queries, exports, custom reports and associated data analytics in support of a variety of philanthropic and financial requests. Maximizing the functionality of the database by helping to identify and implement best practices to most effectively manage all stakeholder data. This includes contributing to the creation and continued maintenance of internal procedures. Providing support and training to other data management staff to ensure the consistency of standards is maintained. Assisting with mailings, donor recognition, events, and other fundraising activities as assigned. Undertaking projects and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 2 years relevant experience. Licenses/Certifications: None.
