At Grove Collaborative, we're on a mission to transform household essentials into a force for good. As a Kitting Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our curated kits to life. Bundling eco-friendly products that our customers love into beautifully packaged sets ready to ship. What You'll Do
Assemble Kits with Precision Create product bundles by carefully combining multiple SKUs into ready-to-ship kits based on detailed work orders, diagrams, or instructions. Label & Track with Accuracy Apply correct barcodes and assign new SKUs to finished kits to ensure accurate inventory tracking and smooth shipping workflows. Ensure Quality, Every Time Conduct visual and physical quality checks to make sure every kit is complete, clean, and aligned with Grove's quality standards. Fulfill Daily Orders & Restock Inventory Pull, sort, and package components for daily customer orders or internal stock needs using FIFO (first-in-first-out) methods. Collaborate to Solve Inventory Issues Partner with purchasing or operations teams to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and keep materials replenished for ongoing fulfillment. Maintain a Safe, Clean Workspace Help uphold our commitment to a safe and organized warehouse environment by following all safety and cleanliness protocols. A Typical Day Might Include
Retrieving products from shelves using the FIFO method Assembling product kits at a dedicated workbench or station Verifying kit contents for completeness and quality Labeling kits with appropriate SKU or barcode Reporting low stock or mismatches to the team Staging completed kits for outbound shipping or warehouse storage What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Warehouse or kitting experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail, you double-check your work and care about getting it right Ability to stand, reach, and lift 2550 lbs regularly Familiarity with basic warehouse software or scanners A team-first attitude and the ability to follow instructions closely Understanding of warehouse safety best practices Why This Role Matters
By pre-assembling frequently ordered kits, you'll reduce fulfillment time and help us deliver faster, more accurate shipments to our customers.
