Customer Care Parts Manager General Expectations

This position is responsible for shipping material for stand-alone part orders & pulling materials for the Service Technicians. Duties / Responsibilities

Pulling materials, packaging, entering information into the FedEx system to process bills of lading & the package labels. Pull materials for service technicians & make sure all materials are ready when they arrive. Accepts returned materials & fills out the paperwork indicating materials were returned & placed back in production. Loads materials into the homes if needed. Communicates to Parts Manager when parts stock is low so that it can be re-ordered. Communicate with the Customer Care Manager and Territory Manager with questions about what material is needed if the orders aren't clear. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required

Very high attention to detail and accuracy. High School Diploma or GED. Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Must be detail-oriented and can multi-task effectively. Education and Qualifications

Must pass DOT Physical and Drivers Qualifications requirements. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and AS400.
