Oversee and manage existing and new client relationships held within the HNW Private Bank Maximizes the growth and profitability of existing HNW Private Bank clients through ethical sales: deepening existing client relationships, having various financial conversations, making outbound phone calls regularly to engage clients directly, partnering with various partners across within Private Bank and across firm, etc.. Ability to identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate partner within Private Bank or within other Lines of Businesses Responsible for onboarding of new client relationships into the HNW Private Bank Setup all new FDIC accounts, perform all maintenance toward all existing client relationships including all account revisions Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures while maintaining an ethical sales culture Ability to identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate partner within Private Bank or within other Lines of Businesses Ability to work closely with various partners to find solutions for client needs Required to perform all duties associated with money movement such as but not limited to teller transactions (Withdrawals, Deposits, Wires, Cashier's Checks, Internal Transfers, etc). Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for both Private Bank clients and within Financial Centers around all Consumer, Small Business and Various Commercial Products Ability to support Financial Center activities when needed May be required to office within a Financial Center Ability to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or the equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years banking experience Excellent knowledge of bank products and services Excellent knowledge of various money movement tools and platforms including but not limited to Zelle, Wires, Online Banking, ACH, etc Exceptional client service skills Strong ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization Strong knowledge of legal entity documentation required Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve strategic goals including sales goals Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating, presentation skills and soft skills Ability to readily identify needs and requirements, and establish plans and processes to ensure successful results Take initiative to participate in continued education and management development Proficiency in the use of PC software tools for reports, audits, analysis, and presentations Evening and weekend availability to service various clients and various service requests The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
