Responsibilities: Oversee the operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures while maintaining an ethical sales culture and inclusive environment within their financial center and market Responsible for recruiting, retention and training of all team members along with developing the Assistant Financial Center Manager to the next Financial Center Manager Responsible for creating an inclusive financial center culture that provides an environment for team members to thrive Support and coordinate CRA and Community Engagement activities within core market Oversee Branch Small Business Activity within market to drive new business acquisition and deepen existing relationships Ability to identify clients needs and refer them to the appropriate line of business Maintain a properly trained team and provide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, which includes adhering to Texas Capital Bank guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws Coordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs, workflow and transaction integrity Maximize the growth and profitability of the branch through ethical sales, deepening existing client relationships, various line of business partner support and influential leadership Assisting commercial, private wealth and treasury officers with client and prospecting calls Required to perform all duties necessary for operating an efficient financial center including but not limited to teller transactions (Withdrawals, Deposits, Wires, etc) and all banker functions Act as a liaison with various internal business partners to facilitate client onboarding Lead in community awareness events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunities Foster an environment within the banking center that assures exceptional customer service Interview and hire qualified candidates upon event of financial center staff vacancies Maintain proper security with the financial center to protect employees and bank assets Ensure responsible management of financial center budget Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or the equivalent preferred Minimum of 5 years banking experience with 3 years in a supervisory role Excellent knowledge of bank and branch operations, customer service and sales Strong knowledge of bank products and services Strong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit Solutions Proven leadership and organizational skills, including effective time management Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve strategic goals Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating, and presentation skills Ability to readily identify needs and requirements, and establish plans and processes to ensure successful results Strong knowledge of legal entity documentation required Take initiative to participate in continued education and management development Proficiency in the use of PC software tools for reports, audits, analysis, and presentations Saturday Banking Support Must be able to lift 50 lbs The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
