Sr. Executive Assistant

An innovative biopharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of patients with endocrine disorders is seeking a polished and highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable managing sensitive information, complex logistics, and strategic support functions at the executive level. Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive executive support for two C-suite leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation Coordinate cross-departmental activities including budgets, contracts, and goal tracking for Finance and Corporate Affairs teams Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment with confidential and time-sensitive matters Prepare, format, and edit presentation materials for investor meetings, internal briefings, and strategic planning sessions Partner with other executive assistants and departments to streamline administrative processes and implement best practices Manage contracts, accounts payable, expense reporting, and reconciliations using internal systems Support the Investor Relations team in organizing meetings and logistics Contribute to company events, board meetings, and department-wide planning sessions Assist with document creation, SOPs, and internal administrative communications Qualifications: 8+ years of administrative support experience, with 3+ years supporting C-level executives Bachelor's or Master's degree strongly preferred; life sciences or biotech industry experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage complex international and domestic travel, budgeting, and calendar coordination Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and adaptable demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and internal platforms for contracts and expenses Experience in investor relations support highly desirable Proven track record of discretion and reliability in managing confidential information Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and stay organized in a dynamic, team-oriented setting Salary & Benefits: Hourly pay: $53.84
