You'll play a hands-on role in supporting mission-critical operations, tracking escalations, defining what "good" looks like, and collaborating closely with engineering, support, and end users. With 40%+ travel, you'll be expected to engage directly with farmers and field teams to address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions. Accountabilities: Own the performance tracking and resolution of high-priority customer accounts. Define and teach remote performance monitoring methods, partnering closely with engineering and field teams. Establish clear metrics for successful product performance and ensure they are integrated across support and development teams. Serve as a key escalation point by conducting on-site visits and field tests to assess, troubleshoot, and improve product reliability. Educate internal and external teams on achieving and maintaining high performance standards. Travel regularly to customer sites (40% or more) to ensure consistent, hands-on support and follow-through.
