Our client, a hedge fund based in Midtown, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the IR/Marketing Partner with some light back up support to a Marketing Associate. This is a key administrative role focused on managing calendars, coordinating meetings with current and prospective investors and booking global travel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and discreet, with exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of integrity. The schedule is 9-5:30pm Monday through Fridays and working from home on occasion. Responsibilities

Heavy calendar and adept meeting management for a busy, travel-heavy team Proactive scheduling of investor, prospect, and other fundraising meetings across multiple time zones and geographies Coordinating large meetings and calls, often with multiple external parties Booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, cars, and itineraries Preparing and processing expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Providing occasional on-site support at fundraising events or investor meetings Handling other administrative tasks and special projects as needed Requirements

7-10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting a team Experience supporting executives in finance, professional services, or investor relations preferred Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proactive and comfortable managing up, chasing down scheduling, and solving problems independently Salary and Benefits
