Customer Service Representative
Location: Tampa, FL Industry: Real Estate / Property Management Pay: $19

We are hiring a Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is fully onsite and involves daily communication with residents regarding property needs, lease details, and account matters. The right candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient, and thrives in a professional, service-focused setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Answer a high volume of phone calls and follow up on email inquiries Support walk-in residents with account questions or service requests Coordinate updates to resident accounts Process rent payments and communicate with housing authorities as needed Follow up on damage claims, late payments, and HOA violations Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality control and service consistency Utilize internal systems to track and resolve resident issues Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 12 years of customer service experience, preferably in property management or real estate Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; experience with Yardi or Salesforce is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional when handling escalated or sensitive situations Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
