Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple affordable housing communities Provide coaching, leadership, and performance oversight for onsite property teams Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, inspections, and resident engagement initiatives Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed Maintain accurate and timely reporting for leadership and funding partners Guide staff through system transitions, policy changes, and procedural updates Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and resident-focused service Support staff development through regular one-on-one meetings and training Serve as a liaison with local housing authorities and community partners Qualifications: Professional experience in affordable or non-profit housing Strong knowledge of housing compliance (HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, etc.) Experience with Yardi or comparable property management software Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
