Human Resource Information Systems Analyst

The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will technically support and maintain the organization's Workday platform. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain system configurations in accordance with business needs for the HRIS system and obtain an in-depth understanding of functional areas to include Human Capital Management (HCM), Time, Absence, Payroll and Benefits. Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with key stakeholders for system enhancements. Ensure accurate configuration, security administration, and business process design. Maintain knowledge of system upgrades/releases and assess impact on current processes. Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and complex reporting tools. Enhance the overall user experience by optimizing Workday functionality and usability. Support the organization's Workday strategy, including system enhancements, upgrades, and adoption initiatives. Continuously explore and leverage Workday's capabilities to improve organization processes and drive efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders and industry experts to support system administration, user needs, and enhancements. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in advance of scheduled releases and updates. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. All employees must be able to communicate face to face or through technology with or without reasonable accommodation. Employee will be in an office environment (well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned) typically stationed at a desk or table. Employee will be asked to sit and stand for various increments of time, and to lift/push up 10 lbs. Clerical office duties on various forms of technology are required. All positions that have lending responsibilities must comply with all requirements under the SAFE ACT, as well as the Credit Union's policies and procedures related to the SAFE ACT.
