Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to the sales team, ensuring alignment with market trends and company strategies. Conduct training sessions that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, focusing on effective sales techniques, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies. Utilize performance metrics to assess training effectiveness and modify programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and determine training needs based on team performance and organizational goals. Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to drive performance and maximize sales potential. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress, ensuring that all training documentation is up to date. Qualifications: Experience in call center or telecommunication environment is highly preferred Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, with a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. Deep knowledge of effective training techniques and best practices in sales training. Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and make strategic adjustments. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
